I'm Head Admin on one server (full access to panel, owner asked me to help), server machine location is Belgrade, Serbia, and clients are dropping to often, but its not due to SERVER MACHINE OR LOCATION because on lite server (Germany) it was the same problem...
There is 23 hits like these just in 30minutes (client ips are not same and its not flooding):
