was uploading and got my ping to 3600 and then it said i was suspected for using speedhack.

olol boy. use net_graph to see ping but it said aprox the same if you type status

That's why the speedhack module only blocks speedhacks from working and does not ban. I suggest getting http://www.netlimiter.com/ and limiting your upload speed to something like 100kb less than it actually is to prevent these kind of lags due to something eating up all your upload bandwith.

wow that's rather extreme, highest i could go was 900 n somethin and was from a browser dl (offtopic: i dont get why ppl say u can only get high ping from uploading) but
wouldnt u timeout?... i mean wouldnt something like sv_timeout 25, or smaller, help?

Why you need the smac_speedhack module? If i know well, the sv_max_usercmd_future_ticks 1 command in your server.cfg will kill possibility of the speedhack.
