I have the correct ports though, Not trying to advertise my server or anything, but the address with port and ip is "207.228.233.24:27045" Which I have put into the correct fields with the plugin. I even used the application someone posted to make the lists but yet it still shows the TFC Server

Oh lordy, My bad, I overlooked the serverlist.ini that you posted, I saw you had the rights IP's so I assumed you had the right server ports as well.
207.228.233.24:27050
207.228.233.24:27045
so I would I just replace those IP's and Ports into the serverlist.ini?

Yes. Without the correct ports it cannot find your servers.
So fix the serverlist.ini and the problem should be gone.

Ah works flawlessy now. I realized why the plugin wasnt working for the bhop server as well, I forgot to update my plugins.ini with the non beta plugin o.0
