Hello,

I am looking for a fairly simple plugin to
1. Check if a player is close to two or more players for more than 15 seconds
if so
2. Slow the player's walking speed down

The intended usage for this plugin is a hunger/survival games (FFA) server. I thought it would be a great idea for most Hunger Games-servers as most people get upset when huge groups encounter them (4+) since they are standing without a chance (if they are being chased, that is). I am not intending to make it a bad thing to make teams - as you could team up in the "real" (movie) hunger games, but I feel it should be slightly harder than running alone. If such a plugin has already been made, I could not find it; I apologize.
