Is there a way to make plugins' chat triggers visible as a regular message for everyone?

For example:
When somebody types "soundlist" in the chat, to bring up the list of playable sounds for the saysoundsHE plugin, their message disappears in the chat.
I would like if their message would still show, despite being a command... just like "voteban" or "!settings" does.

Another example of this is CSSDM's "guns" command, which also doesn't show in the chat.
