Server Crashing unexpectedly.

I've been having a problem with my servers on map change, it'll spam the server console with things such as:

Can't init light
Can't init env_sprite

I've read a post about this, however, there was no real solution given.

More suited for general since there isn't any actual scripting. Do you have any accelerator logs you can show us? Also it'd be good to know the game, your SM version and your MM:S version as well as a list of your plugins & exts.

My apologies, the game is CS:GO.

I'm on the latest Metamod and Sourcemod versions.
