[Paid] Modify spawn plugin to spawn on crosshair instead of spawnpoint

Is there anyone who can modify this plugin https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=984087 to have it so when we respawn players it spawns players on admin crosshair?
Can we also add a menu of players to show up listing dead players? So when admin types !respawn (without player name) it will bring up the menu.

Not tested, the menu was built into the plugin already. (Feel free to donate like $5 to Alliedmods)

Well, it doesn't seem to do anything different from the other plugin. It doesn't spawn at crosshair and doesn't bring menu when !respawn is used.
