How to save default CodePage for all my files to utf-8.

Both amxx studio and pawn studio have great features.

My most liked pawn studio feature:
Edit templates,
added ham and other modules full ENUM's and stuff,

My most liked amxx studio feature:
Close button when you right click on plugin( woot ),
working code-inspector,
ability to view includes that are added to plugin,

Firstly I started working with pawn studio, but after a while I have moved to amxx studio, because pawn was always bugging in windows 7.
