It is quite simple, why you cannot solve by yourself on first place?
If it cannot read from the file, either remove the line '#include <orpheu_memory>', or provide the file 'orpheu_memory.inc' on your include folder.
I advise to provide the file as it is probably used to make the plugin work.

Am not sure if I understand you. If there is only one player you want to he to not capture the flag? It would make no difference, because once the game really starts, the pointing/scores will be reset.

No, the server is running ctf + GUNXPMOD. And therefore I have one of your players is sufficient to the flag of blue to bring the problem the red in it to get XP. So I thought maybe it's possible that this is only possible if two players in the server.
