Currently when you do a message using @ it shows up as (ALL) Username: Message.

Is there a way to modify the existing code so it shows up like mani admin's admin chat? where it shows up as (ADMIN) Username: message - and its all in blue?

You personally see (ALL) but everyone else sees (ADMIN), depending on your configuration settings, users may also see the admins name that executed the command.

Typing @ before normal chat sends a message to all users.
Typing @ before team chat sends a message to only admins.

Okay, thanks i didnt know that. However is there a way to make it all show up in blue like the mani admin's admin chat does?

You can edit the basechat.sp plugin's code to use the colors you want.
