Hi,

I have read all f.a.q documentation and other support topics. Still can't find my issue.
I have migrated to a new host which allows more flexibility in terms of hlstats / sourcebans.

Since the migration, I have checked sql databases, ports and rcon passwords, to be correctly setup for hlstatsx. The file path for the cron jobs is the same.

My issue is when i start the daemon, it shows the successful prompt via putty, but my servers are only displaying logs / current players from the time of migration.

I also noticed, when I do: ./run_hlstats reload, it says:

WARNING: Unable to reload daemon on port 27500 (daemon might not be running).

Any one have any ideas?

PS: My sourcebans is functioning fine, so the ports seem to be open.

Are you sure that new host allows the daemon to be used as many do not it is just too intensive on resources.

I'll ask the dumb question that I thought of.

Before you tried to reload it, did you try starting it again? Maybe it can't reload because it isn't running :p

Does something other then the deamon use Port 27500?

Is this a hlstatsx command?

 ./run_hlstats reload

Because when I run that command, i get the below error:

open hlstats.conf set DebugLevel 1

Start with ./hlstats.pl

And see the problem

I have the feeling your new host doesn't support it due to the intensive resources it uses..most do not.
