I'd like to make something;
If player do !song, it will play a song from youtube, for the client only, and it will say the name that is defined in the database.
Database would look like this

ID (even if id is no necessary here) LINK NAME

Well he requested playing sounds from a database mine creates a playlist ingame an save it on the server. But I could adjust it for you.

I have this, but honestly you can just use webshortcuts and do a hidden motd for your purpose here, just send the youtube link..

That doesn't allow you to play it as a custom playlist.
