CSGO radar dds file, under Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\resource\overviews, for example, the map radar file for dust2 "de_dust2_radar.dds "

I used a simple radar and put it in and it showed up fine, then I tried to design one myself and it also showed up fine, but during that time I tried the same process several times to convert the png to a dds file, but sometimes it just doesn't show up in the game in black, why is that? What's wrong with it?


I'm exporting two png's using the same approach and converting them the same way, but one just doesn't work, why is that?
