I've setup a surf server, here's what I want to do:

I just want to disable the gun menu
I want to let everyone respawn after they have died.
I want everyone to have their health go back to 100hp after they have killed someone.

What settings do I need to change? I've already installed CS:S DM.

Do I need to create a spawn file for each of my surf maps?

The first issue is easily done through cssdm.cfg (set the menu line to x).
The second is what CS:S DM does.
The third can be easily done with SourceMod if you use it and would like me to write you a quick script.

I said SourceMod, not Metamod:Source. SourceMod is a scripting addon.
