After checking closer for azure I see the there is no accuracy showing up... I pulled one days AMXX logs and ran stats seperately and see exactly what you mean...

1 61 15.4% 57 23.3% 1.07 0 0.0% 0.00%

It didn't show for me before because my AMX stats were being compiled for my stats over a 30 day period...

no, it does not. I am going to go back to SM for now. yuck... But I need the logging for psychostats.
I hope the plugin gets looked at soon.
