No. I've deleted this thing from my servers and switched to the custom votes plugin. The author for this hasn't been on in over 30 days and this plugin has had problems for much longer than that. Should really be unapproved :/

Can be used on regular server, that version can't crash your server, but may have bugs and issues, please report them to me.
If you updating from 1.7.3dev you have to delete SQLite database.
Remove this file: addons\sourcemod\data\sqlite\gamevoting-local.sq3
New features:

- votegag option, gamevoting_votegag "0"
#If you set 0, votemute -> gag+mute, if you set 1, votemute->mute, votegag->gag (def:0)
- bots now can't pass through validation, only in DEBUG option.
- hide admins from voting, by using flag -> gamevoting_admins_flag "a", if set "0" or "", admins will display in voting menu.
- now you can't see yourself in voting menu, only in DEBUG option.
- better notifications about mute and gag. now you really can see that you muted or gagged (with seconds to unmute or ungag)

So i recommend using sourcemod 1.7.x. Rewrite your plugins using new syntax.
Anyway, you will have to do it.
