Is there any possible way to have the Old Cvars back?

EDIT: I'd like the action that happens with:
survivor_shove_teammates and z_gun_survivor_force
just like in this video https://youtu.be/6iLZmoxgGvo?t=113
but I find it to not be possible in l4d2.

According to the wiki both exists.

But some cvars, besides existing, may have no effect in-game.
