Hi! It's possible to remove this annoying camera following effect after death?

For all players on the server (not Client-side CVAR or something like).
(I know this plugin)

Try mp_fadetoblack 1, then you will not see that effect anylonger. ಥ_ಥ

Yes, dude, but this plugin not suitable for me, because I use mp_forcecamera 1 (dead players can spectate only for their teammates).
