Yeah but I'd just need a marker plugin, so i can use it with my jailbreak warden plugin on my jailbreak server. As i see teamgames is seperate "mod" like hosties

Yep, as I told you in PM. Marks and fences are parts on TeamGames core, so you have to install it.
Ofc you can just install the core (and in your case, TG_Warden)...
