You need the correct include files to compile it. You can just download the .smx which is already compiled.

its because of the multicolors !

download the multi colors from here

download the no scope source then put the files in your scripts folder then use compile.exe

copy the compiled file from compiled folder then copy it into your server plugins.

sorry cant explain better and simpler.

You should really learn to compile plugins yourself, it's incredibly simple, and you don't have to rely on others to do it for you. For security reasons, you should never accept .smx's from random people, always have the source code and compile it yourself. This also helps in case of future compatibility issues, should you ever need to recompile the plugin you will never need to chase the person down again as well.

tl;dr
Grab latest sourcemod distribution
Extract the entirety of the scripting folder somewhere to your computer
Download .sp from the forums, drag the file onto compile.exe in your scripting folder, voila your plugin is now in the compiled folder

With new syntax this plugin looks much better.
Changes in v1.2.0:
  • Rewrited with new syntax
  • Added support of translation files
    The archive attached to the comment contains the English, Russian and Turkish translations
  • Added Scout in list of weapons (for CSS support)
  • You can add the tag for messages
    Just change value of the variable TAG in file heading and compile the plugin. The use of complementary colors from morecolors is available.
*The archive also contains the compiled plugin.

It will not work on CSS, because it has no "m_bIsScoped".

Sorry its cause im french its a bit harder for me to learn these things ... and while i try to compile it always fails idk why i have so many trouble with all plugins
