I will hear, about it's possible to blocking command: sv_cheats (for nothing to be activated) via rcon.

I'm not the best coder (So i will hear, about it's possible and code it in .so and use it, without to use sourcemod example)

alias sv_cheats echo NOPE

in your autoexec.cfg.
