Yeah they just reference to store/weaponskins.sp

Just comment out these three lines:

How to sell skins for all team (T and CT) ?
Player can buy a skin for both of the teams, and one team only.

Just remove "team" "3" ?

Try and remove the "team" "3", and see what happens..
