I need a collection of maybe 6-7 plug-ins to be recompiled with some client checks and other adminflag requirements. Additionally i would like them all to be accessible through a !vip menu.
I will list what plug-ins and what changes i need below (some of them are plug-ins that currently doesn't exist):
Plug-ins that needs to be altered:

Can't seem to find a public version of this. It needs to be accessible by "t" flag admins only.
A plug-in that puts yourself in disco mode for 60 seconds (much like the one in funcommands). Adminflag needs to be "t".
A plug-in that lets you slap a random player if there are at least 5-10 players alive (once pr. map pr. player or something). Adminflag needs to be "t"
A plug-in that shows online vips by typing !vips. Adminflag needs to be "t"
If possible an exclusive chat that is only viewable by "t" flag admins (much like normal admin chat) called VIP chat.
A menu that makes it easy to toggle the following plug-ins:
paintball bullets
disco mode yoursself
slap random player
shows online vips
play soundclips (would need a sub menu for this one)
Price can be discussed at a later time, for now i just want someone willing and able to fulfill my request. only serious inquiries please.
