Q1 - what is that? Where are those statistics shown?

Q2 - probably by opening the language file and translating it, or editing the plugin if it doesn't have a lang file. That's all I can say since you didn't provide the plugin itself.

#2 - That looks like amx_super. It shluld have proper language files on it.

Btw, what map is that?

1. Seems like a simple PHP script with score/levels whatever querying from a SQL table.

2. You need the source (.sma) file if the language is hardcoded or the .txt file if the plugin supports multilingual. Also check your own server's language.
