Hi all , Great place i must say...alot of information about plugins...
I need some help , i know of this plugin , that when you kill a person like headshot , its says HEADSHOT , and MULTIKILL , and it shows in blue colour as text on the side , I would like to know where can i find it , and if there are any tweaks or cfg's you can recommend Please Do!

Also , does anyone know how i can introduce a welcoming message , like on the side with all the rules in white or any other colour id like
