Simple question. What is best tickrate for this mod, 128 or 64?

If 128, which settings should be gamemode_competitive_server.cfg?

rate 128000
sv_maxrate 128000
sv_mincmdrate 128
sv_minrate 128000
sv_minupdaterate 128
sv_client_cmdrate_difference 0

Correct?

Yes friend, but you can use tickrate 128 for any mods

A new bug/issue discovered. When a match ends 15 15 and ot kicks in and one of the team wins, the match will stay in progress forever, you are forced to use !cm

does the in game scoreboard come up finished or does that continue as well?

edit:
If the game continues as well then make sure you have mp_match_can_clinch set to 1. It is a bug within CS:GO.

Edit 2: found the bug. Fixed, will be in next update. Got a few things added in this one that I think you might like ;)

- Fixed unpause spam bug
- Added a timer for set team name
- Added READY/NOT READY Clan Tag setting
- Added Random Pro Team Name with logo's and clan tags
