i opened cs today and all the setting were screwed up like my crosshair setttings and my brightness. does any1 no what to type in the console to maek the screen brighter?

Go into options.... it's under video settings I think.

In the console the command is gamma. In the options menu it's a little slider bar. Use either one to adjust your screen brightness.
