Hey,
How can I create a message what plays once per map?
I tried myself & it spammed the chat every 2 seconds.

No there is only one global timer for all messages.

I really need to fix the issue where my messages are only partially loaded.
How can I start fresh without having to rewrite all the messages?

The syntax looks fine to me....
it stops loading at message number 13.

Oh well, hang on, I actually removed number 13 (u can see it skips from 12 to 14) but it still gives the same error :/


EDIT: somehow fixed it, prolly deleting that message removed the issue

hello, sorry for my english, it´s my config, and the plugin don´t work. I´m not idea of programming, sorry. Only copy paste, and fill with my data. The path for the config it´s correct.

Plugin says it's unable to find the settings in that file so something must be messed up in the syntax in the settings section i guess

Did you save the file in the correct format as the first post says?

Sorry, I´unknown php. The config file edited with notepad of windows 10, and save with it. No more.

Be careful with editing and be sure you did not forget any { } " " and/or any other symbol
I recommend Atom or Notepad++ for editing config.
Save config in UTF-8 without BOM
Keep language code in Settings part upper-case (e.g. EN;CZ;SK;FR etc..) 


So you should try and save it with "UTF-8 without BOM" option. If your text editor doesn't support this option, get another one :p I use Sublime Text but there are a lot of other ones you can try.
Then see if it works
