Ever since Valve started updating L4D2 outta nowhere again. This crash has been a common occurrence again. I've seen it on vanilla non modded servers, and modded servers.

Just kinda wondering from a modded perspective, if reducing the amount of plugins used or extensions, etc could lead to less of this crash? Or is this just something that has to be fixed up from Valve's end?

It seems to happen at random. It can be on mapstart, on mapend right after the saferoom door closes, sometimes during a map, etc.

Without a stack trace (preferably with symbols, and on an otherwise vanilla server) this won't go anywhere.
I also don't see Valve ever updating L4D2 again or fixing stuff. Iirc they were just back-porting fixes for some security exploits.

Watch out when you're paying people for private requests! Most stuff already exists and you can hardly assess the quality of what you'll get, and if it's worth the money.
