Great plugin! But people still die though in Team Fortress 2. Critical hits seems to be enough to kill both players. Like a backstab. And a lot of killing taunts won't kill them either.

It seems that any attack that kills the player in one shot(backstabs, headshots, or critical hits with melee/rockets on players with under 200 health) the function doesn't work, and the target gets killed while the attacker doesn't suffer anything. A friend and I were planning on using this plugin on hackers on our server, but this is a pretty big hole in it (especially for aimbotters). Would you have any idea how to nullify these 1-hit kill attacks?

He just answered your question in the post above yours from someone who asked the exact same thing...

You need SDKhooks to fix that issue. Thats the only way....

Not sure if you're already doing this, but it would be awesome if you could add those sdkhooks. I am also trying to use it against hackers.

Dont' know have somebody alredy done this or is strontiumdog updating...
But I have manage done this using SDKHooks and with events.
I post here when I get it most ready.

- Little bugs and errors, when get hurt by object.. I'm not 100% sure. Have not use SDKHooks so much
- I had tested only OB-Cs:s

With the release of SDKHooks2 beta, I figure this ought to be updated.

Uses the SDKHooks2 Beta TakeDamage native, so requires that.
Basically passes all the values from OnTakeDamage into TakeDamage, but with attacker and victim reversed, if enabled on attacker (then sets victim's taken damage to 0).

Also, re-integrated admin menu support, hopefully.

sm_evilmirrordmg <target> [0|1]

cvar: sm_evilmirrordmg_amount: The amount of the attacker's dealt damage that he himself takes. Value from 0.0 to 1.0, 0.5 is 50%.

UNTESTED BUT SHOULD WORK.
