Say on pause

In my server the players just can use say only one time while server is paused,I need to know how I can enable to use say more than one time in pause?

it shows *dont flood the server* message in the console right?

try to make flood_time lower..maybe that can help

I assume you are refering to the HLDS server command "pause"?
