Invisible walls on official maps

Hi,
I have recently been struggling with the problem of invisible walls appearing on official maps. They form once in a while, they don't always occur, and restarting the server removes them. I've done a server update using Steam Update, but that doesn't solve the problem. The problem also occurred with Sourcemod disabled.
I have no other ideas, what could be the cause of this?

The map in the video is de_mirage and a similar situation happens on de_nuke.

...you need look your plugins.
This could be one of those "rush B only" or similiar bomsite restriction / retake etc. etc.

Verify game server files not just update them.
