Need help optimizing server(paying for service)

Anyone can do a simple server for me? Its a 5v5 automix. Its all ready just I feel its unoptomized. I tried optimizing it but seem to fail. If anyone want to do it I will pay you for the service. pls pm me and have a nice day

What do you think needs optimized? If the server works like you want and there are no major issues, why optimize?

It's been lagging for sometime now(2 weeks). idk why maybe its the host or something. I asked them if they have problems and they said no. I'm not confident that my server settings are correct too. Also sometimes I can't ban people, or spectate or have a ranking system that doesnt reset.. maybe im doing something wrong. I think its easier for the experienced person to deal with these little issues
