Is there a way to ban with this? I got users in our server who change their name every second, bypassing the name change rate, and impossible to ban if they steal the names of users in the server and change them every second.

Ban the steam id that has a different name "every second".

Also you can target via the userid.

sm_ban #userid time reason

userids are listed as the first column in status command.

I tried that, and the name doesn't show up in status. I can't find any duplicates.

It will show, you're just missing it. Since he's changing his name so much, you're probably looking for the wrong name in your status output or something.

Like I mentioned before no duplicates.....

Theres another exploit which spams console commands and lags the server up, I will take a screenshot of it next time, I just banned the user doing it instead.

a couple of years back i came across some guy with a name changer hack but the name you saw wasn't listed in the console with the status command. while i was spectating him i started changing the colour of the players 1 by 1 via userid until i found him then banned him.

Yeah I have seen it before too, it was hard to ban before, I don't remember how I did it tbh.
