I had someone successfully start a "Return To Lobby" vote today with the latest version that AtomicStryker posted, even though I have this in my .cfg:

l4d_vote_lobby_access "z"

Has anyone seen something similar?

Maybe you have a Plugin that stripped the CHEAT flag off a command, gave some user root access (z), then errored out.

That user would have z-access until he left.

The survival vote setting seems to be affecting votes called in scavenge as well.

There are some issues with voting I haven't been able to nail down. Stuff definitely isn't working right. Please continue reporting bugs and also include whether you're my version or Atomic's version.

i had a different bug with AtomicSrtykers version. i had to wait for someoones attemp to vote to cool down (even though his vote didnt happen, only I can start votes). but i was unable to start a vote until cool down passed. this never happens with the older amdcap version.

madcap, could it be possible that you could create a panel or menu where you type !kickvote and your teammates are displayed. You can then click on the player you want to votekick and it will automaticly call the command "callvote kickvote <id>" and start the vote.

This is very needed on servers with more then 4 survivors, since only 3 survivors can be vote kicked if you press escape, and then go to "call a vote"
I know you can still manually call the vote but then you need to type status in console, copy and paste the id in to the command. It takes quite some time if you just want to vote kick someone that isn't on the list.

Excellent idea but I'm so far in the weeds on this as it is though I'm not sure when I I'll get this done any time soon.

Since having those events disabled things just aren't working right.
