No. His suggestion will not work because they can just remove it from plugins.ini. If you put it in a different plugins.ini file they can easily disable it in yet another plugins.ini file. If, somehow you prevent that, they can pause the plugin and make it useless.

@Relaxing, please just realize that what you are trying to do is nearly impossible without preventing any customization.

in Brazil all servers host adds their website in hostname, but all in server.cfg like i said, no one removes it, if so they suspend until you change it back, if you have protection against strong attacks, they will not leave your services because of that

1 - if you put read only files, they will leave you 100%
2 - you can change whatever file you want and plugins, they can get the build of amxmodx and replace the hole package

just think about it, better to ask them not to remove it and thats it
