Update sourcemod to the latest stable version.

same here, keep crashing every 30 minutes or so, got newest sourcemod stable

Post plugins you're using.

Disable weapon/awp restrict plugins, if it helps.

weapon restrict is causing this.

you can keep the plugin but you need to disable all restricts and allow everything all the time or crash happens

There is currently 2 known crashes 1)Using the a reload hook. 2) using cs_getweaponprice or using givenameditem econ extension (same problem different reasons) I will fix this as soon as I can unless someone gets to it before
