I think he just pushed new gamedata. It should be updated upon server restart.

Correct. But the crash you are having doesn't look related to either one of the fixes.

You are going to have to disable all non base plugins, and add them one by one to see which one is causing the problem. It looks like bad gamedata from another plugin.

gamedata was ok, but servers were crashing every 1 hour, i was using SDKHook on PostThink and PostThinkPost but i wasn't checkin if player is valid in those hooks and not unhooking on disconnect, fixed that stuff and since 4 hours got no crash on both servers(crash logs were useful, crashes occured on PostThink function), also updated SteamWorks
