I can see that the command called "fb_offban" isn't an official content anymore! Can anyone help me with it? Based on cs-1.6's servers. I really need to find the link of it!

Pretty sure this plugin is called "Fresh bans".
I personally would not use it, there isn't .sma (source code) available anywhere. This also means there's very little that can be done if you have a problem.

There are other and probably better ban plugins so if you have a problem I'd just change the plugin.
