Hello, im new here, i would like some help.
I have a biohazard mod server and it has models and sounds.
I want to put fastdl on my server, im using 000webhost but seems like does not work or i am doing bad the things.
Can i use fastdl to get .wads from the server?

Some free hosting usually blocks downloads of these files (.wad, .mdl. Spr) to avoid this type of use, [releases only .jpg, .wav, php, .html and others for website use], as the Many years ago FastDL came to be used by many and even today is used, plus many used free hosting, where they forced the locking providers, I do not know if Dropbox is still forness and FastDL support, more if you need, I have a pay , Kind of shared, if you want to send me your files by MP (Link Download) and the list of maps that you use, I share my hosting (FastDL) with you.

000webhost doesn't allow file hosting.

Just buy a cheap hosting for like 2-3 bucks and you can be relieved for a while :^)

Search for one online. There are thousands of them out there. Only you can decide which ones are in your price range and which are near your region/server.

Most 1/2/3$ webhost providers don't allow file sharing on their servers, the bandwidth is just not worth it. Read the terms and conditions carefully, I've been threatened with suspension if the files were not removed.

I would recommend searching for the cheapest VPS you can find for your targeted region (where most players are from) and install apache / serve your files off that. You should be able to find something under 5$.

Also maybe ask your game host provider, they should have this as it's pretty standard stuff these days
