[HELP] HLDS Error no network response and process lost

Hello, i have a problem with my server. my server use windows server 2007 64 bit and i use hl server monitor. my server always crash when i play in the server . and this is log from hl server monitor

how to fix it ?

Same was my problem because (I think) you are using version 2.4.0 instead use the latest version 2.4.1 and it will be fine.
This happens (mostly) for people who disconnect and reconnect from internet, because 2.4.0 monitors it by lan ip address so if your lan address is not static to your computer, your lan ip will change and it cannot detect your server from that lan ip anymore so 2.4.1 fixes this problem with monitoring the server with your pc ip 127.0.0.1 so use 2.4.1 and it will be fine
Edit: and server doesnt crash (in your case)

I have windows 7 x32, and my server recive crash 3 times per day, in logs appear Restarting. Reason: No network response
