how do i make infinite ammo with just editing the .ctx files and rapid firing for all weapons?

hey, can you give me links for another ctx decoders or new version of this decoder? because i cant open scripts/items/items.ctx, but i can open scripts/items/attribute.ctx ... how can i fix it?
