Yep looks like yet another SM breaking TF2 update. Related to what seems like gamedata again.

SM and TF2Items gamedata have now been updated, including what's on the updater.

Apparently TF2 servers now hibernate as of this update?

Edit: Makes me wonder how many plugins this will mess up.

It's not "real" hibernation. Don't worry about it.

The hibernation in L4D/CS:GO doesn't apply since the HL2 (TF2) engine is tickless.

Oddly enough I just found out that something changed with steam updater service, seems like the downloads will no longer commit updates to servers without ca-certificates installed.

Maybe an odd bug, but apt-get install ca-certificates fixed it.,
