If its any help, the stats on our DOD server are getting reset also. We didn't have this problem with 1.75. It started when we updated to 1.76. The only module we run is dodx_amxx.dll.

It 'appears' to be creating a new stats file every time instead of reading and adding to the current file.

I fixed the problem by reverting to the 1.75 version of dodx_amxx.dll module. I tested it several times. And using the 1.76 version caused the stats to reset every time you start the server, and the 1.75 version didn't. Evidently the 1.76 version doesn't recognize or load an existing <mod>stats.dat file.

I'm guessing that you can fix the CS version by doing the same thing with the csx_amxx.dll module. Just install the 1.75 version.

Also, those cvars mentioned don't need to be in a config file unless you wish to CHANGE their default value. The module itself will generate the cvars with the following defaults:
<mod>stats_maxsize - 3500
<mod>stats_reset - 0
<mod>stats_rank - 0
<mod>stats_rankbots - 1
<mod>stats_pause - 0

Glad it worked for you. And with nearly 2000 views of this thread, I'm guessing there's quite a few server operators with the same problem.
