The signatures are for CS: S only. You may also have to recompile the extension against tf2sdk. There should not be any problems though, the engines are much alike (unlike CS:GO).
Btw you can just use tf2db and move item* code in to it. The signatures there were valid not long ago.

I have no idea where to get the tf2sdk
the only one i have and use is the Source2013SDK lolz

Nah, couldent find fresh Gamedata anywhere, dont know how to get them out of the Game

The instruction and the link to the video are attached to the thread.
Install tf2db, it should update own game data automatically.

Does this still work? I used it in tf2, touched an health kit and the server crashed.

This version doesn't work.
If somebody decides to update it, it is possible to get rid of sigscaning. For entity factory a virtual offset can be used from default sourcemod gamedata (the one, which is used for receiving sendprop tables). Emiting sounds and playing animations can also be implemented with using only functionality and virtual offsets provided by sourcemod/metamod.
I ported this extension to CS:GO about a year or two ago. It didn't really require any changes in the code except for redesigning of the entity factory and replacing custom hooks with the ones provided by sourcemod. As I was told the extension still works after dosens of engine updates.
Can't share the updated code as don't have it anymore.
