Is the game server hosted on the same machine as ASteambot ? if yes, try to set the CVAR sm_asteam bot_server_ip to his local IP address (usually something like 192.168.X.X, check if with ifconfig (linux) or ipconfig (windows)).

If not, open the port 4765 in the firewall.

Yes, It's running on same machine and I tried looking for local IP address with command ifconfig

You probably missed somethinbg. Add me on steam so I can help you.

EDIT:
Pushed a new release/update.
Download ASteambot again, run it. There will be more information about what should be the value of sm_asteambot_server_ip and sm_asteambot_server_port. You have this problem because of misconfiguration.

This error can means multiple things :
1) Either you didn't linked steam authenticazor mobile via ASteambot.
2) Or your tried to create a trade offee multiple times in a short period of time.

"Failed - Virus detected" comes up when I try to download the latest release on chrome.

Edit: I should have read the first post before commenting because apparently it's normal

I usually don't read the first post fully if it's so long as yours and I skipped straight to installation and there were no warnings about that but the download link was there.
