You can already admin through rcon... just use the admin console commands that come with AMX Mod (X).

Although I will note that the "amx" rcon interface is now "amxx".
So it becomes
amxx plugins
instead of
amx plugins.

Not Sure Yet what they have instore with amxmodX but I recall in amx 9.7 u could do it with a plugin...
But I'll Leave the correct answer for X up to the moderators or developers on that on..

Or you could just wait ti'll its released fulled and read the Documentation.... Just a thought..

0.9.7 had a plugin to add Admins on the fly.

If your using mysql to manage admins, I made a plugin that will let you add admins, and they get access on mapchange, let me know if you want it
