[REQ] High Ping Kicker

I think a lot of people would like a high ping kicker that was accurate and works:

This one works sporadically across a number of mods we have tried, it doesn't seem to calculate pings correctly or something after it has been running for a while. Don't need Choke/Loss unless you can get them perfected.

Basic ping kicker would be great as I believe EKS no longer supports his EP1 based version and only supports the OrangeBox/EP2 one. Dubbeh seems to not be actively working on his ping kicker.

I also need this but mine was kicking people somehow yesterday. It kicked like 3 ppl in a row then stopped working again lol...

Looks like EKS updated his metamod plugin to support both versions of MetaMod, I am going to try that out and see how it goes.

EKS is running now on CS:S, but it doesnt work. It seems to be bugged, it doesnt kick anyone.
