Your are right Sillium,i have already prepared a fully guide that hlstatsx ce can be installed only with webhost i will even provide to people hosts that they help for this with great support.But i hope i dont get banned,i have searched a lot of threads with mistaken answers preventing people from installing hlstatsx ce for reasons that in reality they are not reasons.And i will make a reference to those.My guide believe me, it will be understandable i have already posted in a friend community of alliedmods.

I will post the guide.
But what i hate most and that is comming from past is when you provide tutorial or publishing a plugin and after a mistake you find yourself banned after a lot of work and after helping a lot people without warning.

Believe me there is not moralty here but i skip it.
