Hi I need a plugin or something else to change my banner on my cs 1.6 server (not steam) i use a vps windows server

Non-Steam is not supported here.
It's a 8$ game man :-j on sale MAX 3$

Btw, the Server banner was removed late in the p48 engine of HLDS
It might still work on old client engines (p47) if you create a image named banner.gif in cstrike/gfx with size of 340x56px
